You may recall that when Thierry Voisin became the central agent for the 28.7m motor yacht Ayouchka last month, no fixed price was set, with the hope of encouraging a speculative offer for her. Niel Gow tells me that none have been forthcoming, so the owner has now set a definitive asking price of €1.75 million. When you consider that she was being marketed at €2.75 million earlier in the year, this represents a 35% cut to her price.
Built by Benetti in 1975, over €2.4 million was spent on her as part of a comprehensive refit between 2007 and 2009, including new paint, decks, interior, electrics, plumbing and much more. She can accommodate 10 guests in a master suite with two double and two twin staterooms.
