Here's another new entrant to the list of yachts for sale as Nikos Papadakis at Nikos O. Papadakis International tells me he's just listed the 36.5m Canados motor yacht Paradis for sale.
Built in 1984, this superyacht has had several refits since, the latest being in 2007. Uniquely for a yacht in this size range, Paradis can accommodate up to 16 guests in a master suite with study, two double and two twin cabins with two Pullman berths in each twin plus an aft cabin with upper and lower berths. Twin 1990hp MTU engines give a cruising speed of 17 knots and she's currently lying in Athens, Greece, asking €1.95 million.
