A 45.9-metre NOA new build motor yacht, known as the NOA 46, has been listed for sale with Jeremy Comport and Jack Gradus of Ocean Independence.
Scheduled for delivery next month, the new build began construction in September 2022, according to data from BOATPro, constructed to RINA class in steel and aluminium by NOA, a product of Yacht Factory. Italian studio Hot Lab penned the yacht's slender exterior design, which sees an extensive use of glazing across a symmetrical and clean four-deck profile.
An interior design by Adil Kasapseckin accommodates up to 10 guests in a five-cabin layout, comprising four doubles and one twin, in addition to a crew of nine.
A spacious interior volume of 483GT offers several vibrant living areas for relaxing alone or entertaining guests. The main saloon is fitted with comfortable seating and a formal dining table seating 10, while the upper saloon offers a more versatile option - doubling as an indoor-outdoor dining space.
Up top, the sundeck is complete with a bar, gym area, and expansive lounging "zones", while closer to the water, a 2.9-metre electro-hydraulic transformer platform, foldable balconies and a wide open aft deck offer a space like "their [guests'] own private beach".
The yacht is also equipped with a Jet Ski and Waverunner and has capacity for a five-metre by two-metre main tender and a four-metre by 1.7-metre rescue tender, with storage on the foredeck.
The new build yacht for sale will be powered by twin MAN engines (which also offer IMO Tier III compliance), expected to reach top speeds of 15.7 knots, cruising speeds of 13 knots and a 4,000 nautical-mile range at a 10-knot speed.
Key specs include a nine-metre beam and she is also fitted with zero-speed stabilisers for additional comfort.
NOA 46 is asking €24,500,000.
