And now for the first sale of June 2010 as Wes Sanford at Northrop and Johnson tells me that his central listing, the 32.31m motor yacht Take It Easy, closed yesterday with Louis Dvorak at Alaskan Yachts representing the buyer.

Take It Easy was built by Westship on a Westport hull in 1993 to a design by Jack Sarin and refitted in 2009. Her interior, designed by Sally Dills, accommodates 10 guests in a master, two double and two twin cabins. With a cruising speed of 19 knots, this superyacht has a range of 2,000 nautical miles at 12 knots and was asking $2.995 million.
