A new central agency has been announced on the 45.2-metre Feadship motor yacht MP5, now listed for sale with Tassos Papantoniou and Fergus Torrance of Torrance Yachts.
Designed by De Voogt alongside interiors by Jon Bannenberg, MP5 was built in steel and aluminium by the Dutch yard to Lloyd's class and delivered in 1989. Under her present ownership, she has benefited from extensive refits in 2020 to 2021 and 2024 to 2025, including replacement main engines, upgraded machinery and systems and a 35-year Lloyd’s Special Survey.
The main deck saloon is comfortably furnished and features a formal dining area, blending lounging and dining in one open-plan space. Through glass double doors, the aft deck offers a casual coffee table area for informal entertaining while enjoying the sea breeze.
The motor yacht accommodates 10 guests across five en suite cabins, including a spacious owner’s suite with a private office. The guest accommodation comprises four further cabins, while a gym added during the refit converts to a Pullman berth when required.
The bridge deck is designed for entertaining on board, with a comfortable skylounge featuring a bar, casual dining areas and an entertainment centre. For an al fresco option, through the doors, the bridge deck aft features a large dining table for 10 guests under the overhang for shelter from the elements. A large sunpad sweeps the aft, allowing seamless flow from a long lunch to bathing in the sun.
Up on the sundeck, a sunpad area is covered by optional shading, which, when raised, offers panoramic views. The deck also boasts an al fresco dining area and a bar to complement hosting activities, adding an alternative space on board to entertain.
The yacht for sale's engines draw on 50,000-litre fuel tanks, allowing a cruising range of 2,500 nautical miles with a cruising speed of 11 knots and a maximum speed of 13.7 knots. For added comfort and safety, she is fitted with Quantum zero-speed stabilisers.
MP5 is asking €11,500,000 with VAT paid.
