Michael Nethersole at Northrop & Johnson tells me he's now sold the 31.25m sailing yacht Zanzibar for the fourth time in a protracted deal that began as long ago as April 2010.

Designed by Gilles Vaton, Zanzibar was built by Trehard to Bureau Veritas class in 1993. Refitted in 2002 and 2008, this superyacht's layout offers accommodation for up to seven guests in a master and two double cabins plus a Pullman berth and was asking $2.95 million.
