The 32.63-metre Numarine motor yacht Ray has been listed for sale with broker Deniz Kaymaz of Northrop & Johnson.
Delivered in 2025, Ray is one of just five 32XP hulls built by the Turkish shipyard. According to the broker, she is the most highly specified yacht delivered in the entire XP series to date, standing alone as the only 32XP constructed with full MCA LY3 compliance and MCA Commercial Short Range status.
Her steel hull and GRP superstructure were designed by Can Yalman, who also crafted the 299GT interior. The yacht for sale offers roughly 330 square metres of living space - figures the broker notes are exceptional for vessels in this size category. For a buyer seeking a 2025 explorer with commercial certification and exceptional volume, he notes that she “presents a rare opportunity as she is available now, with no build wait”.
Inside, the main saloon comprises a port-side U-shaped lounge, flowing into a dining area centred around a limed-oak table and illuminated marble panels. The upper-deck lounge extends more than 40 square metres, opening via an electric sliding door. A custom bar to port, complete with beer dispenser and seating for four, is balanced to starboard by a sofa and armchair. A dayhead sits forward, directly opposite the dedicated captain’s cabin - a rare feature on a 32XP.
The full-beam owner’s suite exceeds 30 square metres and includes a king-size bed, seating area, work/vanity space and a large dressing room leading to the en suite bathroom. On the lower deck, two VIP cabins mirror each other with queen-size beds and marble-finished en suites, while two additional guest cabins offer twin beds, 42-inch TVs and their own en suites. Ray can sleep six crew.
Outside, a 60-square-metre sundeck is conceived as a full guest living deck. To port, a complete bar with stools forms a natural social hub, while to starboard a large dining table seats a full party for shaded meals underway or at anchor. Aft, a modular lounge wraps the deck with deep, relaxed seating and unbroken views.
Built for quiet, long-range cruising, Ray’s MAN 800hp Tier III engines propel her to a 12-knot cruising speed and a 13.8-knot top speed. She boasts a 4,000-nautical-mile range at eight knots, giving her true explorer capability.
Ray is asking €12,900,000.
