Jeff Partin at Camper and Nicholsons tells me he's closed on his central listing for sale, the 26m flybridge motor yacht Eleven Eleven with Louis Dvorack at Ocean Alexander representing the buyer.

Eleven Eleven was built by Taiwanese yard Alexander Marine and was launched in 2011 as the second hull in the yacht builder’s Ocean Alexander 85E series. Her interior is in the rich warm tones of satin mahogany and accommodation is for eight guests in four staterooms. These consist of a full beam master suite, a VIP stateroom and two twin cabins – all with en suite bathrooms. Outside, the decks cater for al fresco entertaining with an outdoor bar, barbecue, seating for 10 and sun beds.

Power comes from twin 1,600hp MTU engines delivering a cruising speed of 17 knots. Eleven Eleven had only 960 hours on her main engines and was eligible for a 24-month extended warranty.

With just one owner since new, Eleven Eleven was asking $3,595,000.
