The 56-metre Perini Navi sailing yacht Rosehearty has been sold with Bruce Brakenhoff of Edmiston representing both buyer and seller.

She was built in aluminium and delivered in 2006 as the third in Perini Navi's 56M series. The full displacement cruising ketch was designed by top naval architect Ron Holland and has an interior by Studio Christian Liaigre. She has won the Perini Navi Cup and was refitted in 2020.

Rosehearty had a last known asking price of €24,995,000

Sporting a unique on-deck stateroom, accommodation is for a party of up to 14 guests in seven cabins. The broker described the set-up as "a remarkable trait that sets her apart as the sole Perini Navi yacht with such generous capacity". The remaining cabins are on the lower deck, comprising a further master, that is full beam, an adjacent guest suite for two, two VIP cabins and two twin cabins, with additional Pullmans. There are quarters for a crew of 10.

Up on Rosehearty's flybridge, equipped with twin consoles, is a large Jacuzzi pool, just aft of the mizzen mast, with sunloungers and ample seating offering 360-degree views. The aft cockpit offers dining for 12 at an oval table while forward is a more casual lounging area. A further private dining saloon, seating 12, is located forward of the saloon.

The yacht has a two-metre wide swim platform that folds out of the hull shell and serves as the main embarkation point when Rosehearty is at anchor, complemented by an alternative boarding access midships to starboard.

The 499GT, ABS-classed sailing yacht is also powered by a pair of 1,239hp Deutz engines that give her a maximum speed of 15.5 knots and cruising speed of 13 knots. Range under power at an economical speed of 11 knots is 4,000 nautical miles.

Rosehearty had a last known asking price of €24,995,000.
