Marc Borderon at Peter Insull’s Yacht Marketing sends news that they have been appointed central agents for the sale of a 70 metre x 16 metre superyacht berth in the Antibes International Yacht Club at Antibes, France.

Situated in a prime position, this 70 metre berth benefits from a generous 16 metre width and is very well protected in all weather conditions. Antibes, the largest marina in Europe, has a heliport within the port and often contains some of the world's largest yachts. Berthing is alongside and stern-to and there is ample parking available close by.

Specifically created in 1986 to accommodate superyachts from 50 metres up to 165 metres, it is ideally located in the heart of the old town with its numerous services, restaurants and activities. Yachts can arrive between 7am and 11pm and are offered all the assistance required.

Located between Monaco and Saint Tropez, the marina also offers 24-hour security and video surveillance. It lies about 25 minutes from Nice International airport and the smaller, Cannes/Mandelieu airport for private aircraft.

The asking price of this berth, which has a lease until 2021, has been set at €7 million.
