The 31.09 metre motor yacht Premium has been sold by Kent Chamberlain of Chamberlain Yachts in an in-house deal.
Built in GRP by German yard PR Marine to a design by Evan K. Marshall, she was delivered in 2003 as one of the yard's Baron models. Accommodation is for eight guests in four large cabins. Forward on the main deck is the split-level master suite, possibly the most innovative part of the boat. There is a 240 degree panoramic view from the king sized bed on the upper level, and a few steps down is an en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi, separate shower and his and hers sinks. The guest accommodation below has a VIP suite forward with a queen berth, desk/vanity, a bureau and en suite bathroom. The two twin cabins each have one full bed and one twin-sized bed and ensuite baths. All cabins are finished with matching fabrics and warm colours.
The main saloon is entered through sliding glass doors which, together with the giant teardrop side windows give Premium both her unique looks and lots of natural light. Her high gloss cherry wood paneling is complemented with inlaid walnut veneers, cream carpets and rich furnishings. To port is a large sofa and coffee table, which faces the flat screen television. To starboard is a bar with four high chairs, black marble top, wine fridge and ice maker. The dining saloon forward seats eight people around a beautiful marquetry table. Adjacent is the galley, with new appliances added in 2013 and ample storage space. Twin 2,400 hp MTU engines give her a cruising speed of 16 knots.
Premium was asking $2.45 million.
