News from Leonce Richard and Michael Mahan at Worth Avenue Yachts of a $405,000 price drop on their listing for sale, the 36.5 metre motor yacht Valkyrie.

Valkyrie was built in fibreglass by the Crescent yard in Canada to a design by Jack Sarin and delivered in 2001 with a refit in 2011. An interior by Robin Rose features mahogany woodwork and fabric covered furniture throughout to give the yacht a warm, inviting ambience. The expansive main saloon has large windows allowing natural light to flood in and is separated from the formal dining area with seating for eight by low cabinetry and mahogany columns.

Forward and to port of the dining room is the staircase down to the foyer for the four staterooms accommodating eight guests. Double doors open to a grand master suite with a king size bed and two vanity units while the VIP stateroom has a queen size bed and there are two twins. All staterooms come with television screens and full en suite bathroom facilities. Twin 1,800hp MTU engines give her a terrific range of 6,000 nautical miles at 8 knots.

Lying in West Palm Beach, Florida, Valkyrie is down from $7.4 million to $6,995,000.
