Alban Guillot at Gaspard Yachts sends news of a €500,000 price reduction on his central listing for sale, the 31.45m motor yacht Spring Tide.
Built by the Astondoa yard in 2007 as one of the yard's 102 GLX series, she has been impeccably maintained and has never been chartered. Very spacious and stable, she offers all the comforts of home and features an elegant and comfortable main saloon fitted with carpets and white soft furnishings. The adjoining dining area is just forward of the saloon where up to 12 guests can dine. There is the opportunity to dine under the stars on the aft deck or on the flybridge where there is a barbecue and sun pads. There are additional sun pads on the forward deck.
Spring Tide can accommodate up to 12 guests in four to five staterooms cabins including a master cabin with king size double bed and private en suite, a VIP cabin with double bed and two twin cabins, each with a Pullman berth. The captain’s cabin on the main deck can also be used as an additional guest cabin. All staterooms have an en suite bathroom. Twin 2,434hp MTU engines and a planing hull give a range of 400 nautical miles at her cruising speed of 22 knots.
Spring Tide is now down from €3.2 million to €2.7 million VAT paid and her 30m berth in Golfe Juan is also for sale at €1.6 million.
