The 36 metre tri-deck motor yacht Touch, listed for sale by Mark Osterhaven at Worth Avenue Yachts, has been sold in an in-house deal.

Built in aluminium by Canadian yard Louisbourg Yachts to a design by Jean-Pierre Bolduc, she was delivered in 2004 and refitted in 2011 and 2015. Accommodation is for eight guests in four cabins consisting of a master suite on the upper deck, a VIP suite on the lower deck and two double cabins, all with king sized beds, plasma television screens and full en suite facilities.

The expansive saloon features a bar, comfortable seating on a large sofa and two occasional chairs, and a games table for four guests. Watching the latest movies has never been easier with a 62 inch plasma television connected to a Kivor server offering the latest DVDs. Forward is a formal dining area with eight upholstered chairs arranged around a polished mahogany dining table.

Outdoor areas are generous and the aft deck includes a bar, fridge and a large marble table offering al fresco entertaining and dining for eight guests while just behind the seating area is an eight-person hot tub. The upper deck has an outdoor lounge area with an ice maker and bar. Even more is on offer on the sundeck, featuring a complete bar area with fridge and sink, four sun loungers, two gym style treadmills and a complete outdoor sound system integrated into the vessel’s audio/visual equipment.

In summer 2015 Touch was hauled out at the Lauderdale Marine Centre to receive all new bottom paint and an overhaul of her propulsion systems. Twin 805hp MTU engines give her a range of 2,200 nautical at her cruising speed of 11 knots and she is fitted with Trac zero speed stabilizers.

Touch was asking $3,995,000.
