Neal Esterly at Fraser Yachts sends word of a $210,000 price drop on his central agency for sale, the 31.55m motor yacht Ohana.

Built in GRP by Cheoy Lee in 1992 to a Jack Hargrave design she can accommodate 8 guests in a master cabin, 2 VIPs and one twin. Designed for long-range cruising, her economical Caterpillar engines give her a range of 3,000 nautical miles at 11 knots.

Refitted in 2002, Ohana is now asking $2.69 million.
