News of another price cut from Simon J. Turner at Northrop & Johnson in Palma, this time one of €100,000 on the 25m sailing yacht Almundarvi.

Built by Spain's Astilleros Viudes yard in 1991 to a German Frers design, she had a comprehensive refit in 2007 and further upgrades in 2010. Accommodation is for up to eight guests in four cabins and she's powered by a 210hp Caterpillar engine.

Available for inspection near Rome, Almundarvi is now asking €1.6 million.
