News of another price cut arrives as Thom Conboy at Merle Wood & Associates sees the price of his central agency, the 44.2m motor yacht At Last, reduced by an owner who's moving to a new vessel.

Built by Heesen in 1990, At Last recently emerged from a 27 month multi-million dollar refit and everything aboard, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc is new. This superyacht also has a new Claudette Bonville interior sleeping 10 guests in a full beam master, two doubles and two twins. Previously asking $17.9 million, she's now down to $14.9 million.
