August 30th 2009 saw me calling Tim Johnson at Ardell in Fort Lauderdale for more details about his latest listing, the 35m motor yacht Sea Cruise and now he says that she's had a $300,000 price cut.

Built by Breaux's Bay Craft in 1971, she had a major interior refit in 2008 and everything inside this superyacht is new, having been completely redecorated from bow to stern with new cherry wood cabinetry, granite counter tops, all fixtures and lighting, electronics and appliances plus new air conditioning. It also boasts one of the largest flybridges to be found on a vessel of this size, giving it excellent charter potential. Sleeping eight guests in four staterooms, Sea Cruise is now asking $2.495 million.
