Price reductions on superyachts Sea Bird and Sir Martin II at Fraser

Jeff Partin at Fraser Yachts in Fort Lauderdale sends me news of price cuts on two of his central listings, the 34.14m motor yacht Sea Bird and 25.91m sailing yacht Sir Martin II.

Sea Bird is a Westport 112 yacht built in 2000 to a design by Jack Sarin. Her interior, by Pacific Custom Interiors, sleeps eight guests in a master suite, two double staterooms and a twin cabin. Benefitting from numerous upgrades, this superyacht had a complete interior refit in 2008 and her mechanical systems were overhauled in 2010. Previously priced at $6.4 million, she's now asking $5.1 million.

Sir Martin II was custom built by Holland’s respected Molenmaker yard in 1997 to rigorous military specifications and regularly upgraded since launch. Sleeping six guests in three staterooms, she’s had a price drop of $300,000 to a round $1 million.
