The 33.5-metre Riva motor yacht Onyx has been sold, with Michael Rafferty of IYC and Frank Grzeszczak Jr. of FGI Yacht Group representing the seller and Brandon Kummer of Kitson Yachts introducing the buyer. The yacht was sold after just 70 days on the market under the joint central agency.
Built in GRP by the Italian yard, Onyx was delivered in 2019 as one of 32 yachts from the Ferretti Group brand's coveted 110 Dolcevita model, with interior design by Officina Italiana Design. She has been meticulously maintained since delivery, recently completing a million-dollar refit in 2024, which included her five-year class survey.
Accommodation is for 10 guests in five cabins, comprising an owner’s cabin forward on the main deck, three VIP cabins on the lower deck and a double cabin that can be converted to a twin with an additional Pullman berth on the same level. Further accommodation tucked into the bow can sleep a crew of up to five.
An open-plan main saloon greets guests as they step aboard, making full use of Onyx's 7.3-metre beam. A lounge area is positioned to port and faces an entertainment centre on the starboard side, complete with a home theatre system. A formal dining area for up to 10 guests sits adjacent to the saloon, while an additional two al fresco dining options can be found on the aft deck and up on the flybridge.
Other standout amenities on board include a Jacuzzi, which is located at the bow, and a sun lounge area forward of the bridge comprising a U-shaped sofa and a trio of sunpads. Up top, a large flybridge features a second helm station and bar shaded by a hard top with day beds aft for relaxing in the sun.
The motor yacht is powered by a pair of MTU engines for a top speed of 24 knots and a cruising speed of 20 knots. She is also fitted with both gyro and fin stabilisers for superior comfort at sea.
Onyx was last asking $9,800,000 with US duty paid.
