Thorsten Giesbert at Fraser Yachts in Palma sends news that he's signed the 26m sailing yacht Xilgaro II for sale - and no, I don't know how to pronounce her name either.
Built by North Wind in 1996 and refitted in 2002, she's a comfortable, spacious and solidly built cutter rigged sloop with twin Volvo Penta engines and two saloons, one at the deckhouse and a full beam saloon on the lower deck. Accommodation is for eight guests in four cabins and she cruises under power at a ladylike 7 knots.
Lying in Spain, Xilgaro II is asking €1.9 million VAT paid.
