News in from Merle Wood and Peter Croke at Merle Wood & Associates that their joint central listing, the 62.33 motor yacht Fortunato, has had a major $7.9 million price reduction.

Fortunato is a Lloyds classed and MCA compliant yacht, custom built in 2000 by Feadship - Van Lent to a design by naval architect De Voogt. She was refitted in 2005. This superyacht has a steel hull and an aluminium superstructure. She is fitted with a modern Koop stabilization system that reduces roll motion effect, resulting in a smoother cruising experience. Up to 14 guests can be accommodated in one master and six double cabins. Power comes from two 2000hp Caterpillar diesel engines, which provide a top speed of 17 knots and a range of 5,800 nautical miles at 13 knots. Formerly priced at $59.9 million, she's now asking $52 million.
