The 45-metre Nishii Zosen Sterling motor yacht All Star 1 has been listed for sale with Alex Pizano of Smart Yachts.
Originally delivered by the Japanese yard in 1986, she underwent a major refit in 2016, which saw many upgrades carried out throughout the vessel, including an updated galley, the installation of zero-speed stabilisers and a replacement of the main engines and gearboxes.
Her naval architecture was developed in-house, while her exterior was penned by Jon Bannenburg. Her profile stands out for the vertical porthole windows on the main and upper decks.
Glossy woods, cream leathers and metallic finishes define the interiors styled by Pininfarina. An elevator allows hassle-free movement across all levels from the lower deck through to the sundeck.
In an unconventional layout, her main deck omits the traditional main saloon in favour of a triple-height atrium with a stainless-steel and glass spiral staircase. Forward of this, there is a formal dining area around a glass table, seating eight guests.
Up the stairs, the upper deck features a casual saloon with four leather armchairs and a sit-up bar, as well as a generous observation lounge arranged around a circular sofa, illuminated by panoramic windows.
Accommodation on board is for 10 guests across five cabins. The guest layout includes a full-beam master suite forward on the main deck - accessed through a private corridor - with a king-sized bed, a seating area, walk-in closet and marble-clad en suite.
Four additional cabins sit on the lower deck with two forward cabins that can combine into one large VIP suite. All cabins feature en suite facilities.
All Star 1 offers versatile outdoor spaces for guests to relax and entertain. Her upper deck aft houses a large al fresco dining area for up to 20 guests on board, while her sundeck is an ideal sunbathing spot with sunpads, loungers and a secondary casual dining space.
An enclosed gym area fitted with a steam shower and skylight above also features on the sundeck. At the stern, guests can enjoy a beach club revealed by the hydraulic transom door and a diving board.
The yacht for sale is powered by twin Mitsubishi engines and twin kW Kohler generators. Her top speed is 15 knots, with a range of 3,750 nautical miles when cruising at 12 knots. Other key specifications include a gross tonnage of 480GT and an 8.4-metre beam.
Lying in Varazze, Italy, All Star 1 is asking €6,990,000.
