The 44.85 metre motor yacht Dynasty has been listed for sale by Ed Dickinson and Michael Payne at Northrop & Johnson.
Built in steel and aluminium by Turkish yard Sunrise Yachts to a design by Paolo Scanu, Dynasty was delivered in 2009 with a refit in 2018 and has had the same owner since new. Darnet Design provided a welcoming interior with dark panelling and light furnishings accommodating up to 11 guests in five cabins consisting of a main deck master suite, two VIP suites and two twins, one with a Pullman berth. All cabins aboard this yacht for sale have entertainment centres, LCD television screens and en suite bathroom facilities.
The large main saloon is a welcoming space, with comfortable seating and a full entertainment system including a Loewe 46-inch television screen. The main saloon connects directly out to the air-conditioned main aft deck, which has a full dining set up and bar. Stepped access leads down to the transom, which serves as a base for water sports and swimming. Twin 1,100hp MTU diesel engines allow a cruising speed of 12 knots topping out at 14 knots.
