The 44.9 metre Mochafy 22 is newly listed for sale with Lukas Stratmann of Ocean Independence. Mochafy 22 was built of steel and aluminium in Turkey by Sunrise Yachts in 2009 and refitted in 2021.
Designed by the late Paolo Scanu, this 499GT yacht for sale's voluminous high-headroom, interior, penned by Darnet Design, can accommodate ten guests in five cabins, the master being at main deck level in typical fashion.
A Jacuzzi on Mochafy 22's generously-sized sun deck tempts one out of the full-beam skylounge. Stratmann said: "Mochafy 22 offers outstanding luxury and comfort, has only had two owners from new and has been exceptionally well maintained".
Naval architecture was developed with Paolo Scanu and Valentijn Design. Her range is 5,000 nautical miles at 12 knots and she has a top speed of 15 knots, pushed by twin MTU diesel engines.
