A €550,000 price drop has been announced on the 40-metre Sunseeker motor yacht Aladdin, listed for sale with David Jakabovic of Morley Yachts.
Built in GRP by the British yard and delivered in 2017, Aladdin is RINA classed, MCA compliant and, according to her broker, she is the "most lightly used" Sunseeker 131 model on the market.
Designed in-house, her sharp profile uses geometric lines along the exterior windows to create a subtle yet undeniably modern look, setting her apart from other vessels.
Ideally suited to an owner with an eye for design, her customised interior has an understated yet modern feel. Light furnishings, smooth lines and a lack of fussy detailing create calm, bright and sophisticated open spaces.
This tri-deck superyacht accommodates up to 12 guests in five cabins comprising a master suite on the main deck, plus two VIP doubles and two twin cabins on the lower deck. The twin cabins each have a Pullman berth and all cabins have marble en suite bathroom facilities.
Aladdin's scale is impressive and every inch of her 340GT is taken advantage of, inside and out. The main saloon flows into the dining area and sofa on the main deck aft, and, up a level, guests will find an expansive deck with sun loungers and al fresco dining arrangements that seat 10.
At the fore, sunpads are arranged for relaxation at anchor. Up top on the skydeck, the yacht houses more lavish sofas and loungers, plus a bar.
Her mechanical transom lowers into the ocean to create a swimming platform straight into the sea and allows ease of use for the yacht's full carousel of toys.
She is powered by twin MTU Diesel engines and cruises at 18 knots, reaching a maximum speed of 25 knots. She has a range of 1,500 nautical miles when cruising at 12 knots.
Lying in Monaco, where she will stay until sold, Aladdin is now asking €12,950,000.
