The 28.1-metre Sunseeker motor yacht New Edge has joined the market with West Nautical.
Built in GRP by Sunseeker in the UK in 2019, the brokers said that the Sunseeker 95 was refitted in 2023 and has been "meticulously maintained".
Accommodation is provided for 10 guests in five cabins, including a duplex master cabin forward whose bathroom sports a rain shower. There are two double guest cabins and two twins that easily convert to doubles.
A side balcony can be reached directly from the saloon, "bringing guests closer to the ocean". The saloon boasts a spacious lounge and seating area with formal dining table forward.
Up on the flybridge is a wet bar area and a fold-out table that seats 10 guests, complementing the 10-seater table on the aft deck. There is another dining area on the foredeck, giving a degree of privacy when stern-to in port.
The 101GT yacht for sale is powered by twin MTU diesels that give her a top speed of 25 knots and cruising speed of 18 knots. The broker said she is commercially registered and "in turn-key charter condition". A 2023 Williams SportJet 435 tender is included in her inventory.
Lying in Dubai, UAE, New Edge is asking €6,950,000.
