A €850,000 price drop has been announced on the 35.3-metre Sunseeker 116 Noroader, listed for sale with Matt Palmer of Northrop & Johnson.

Delivered in 2020 and extensively upgraded in 2023, she was built to Sunseeker's Platinum specification and features a heavily customised interior by the renowned Vickers Studio. Her recent works brought a fresh, contemporary feel to the yacht, including new wooden flooring and updated soft furnishings.

Noroader is asking €10,750,000

An open-plan main saloon features a lounge area flanked by sliding glass doors that offer access to the side deck on the port side. Forward is a dining table that seats ten beneath a modern chandelier. Chocolate woods and cream textiles feature throughout the vessel with bronze accents and pops of blue, while the floor-to-ceiling windows emphasise the flow of natural light.

Accommodation is for a total of 10 guests in a five-cabin configuration, including a full-beam master cabin forward on the main deck with a vanity desk, split-level ensuite shower room and a private seating area.

The remaining guest cabins are located on the lower deck and comprise two twins that can be converted to doubles, each with an additional Pullman berth, and two VIP cabins. Further accommodation sleeps a crew of seven.

There are two main sun lounging spots on board Noroader. The first is the sundeck where guests can soak up the sun on loose loungers aft or enjoy lunch beneath the shade of a hard top. A sit-up bar and gym are two bonus features on this deck and the sunroof can be opened or closed as required.

The second spot is the foredeck: the yacht's true highlight. It features large seating areas shaded by pop-up awnings, sun pads with adjustable backrests, and a Jacuzzi. At night, the entire area transforms into an outdoor cinema with a four-metre screen.

Seamless connection to the sea is provided by the large hydraulic beachclub aft. Up to four Seabobs are accommodated in the upgraded tender garage, as well as two jet skis and a custom inflatable dock pontoon that attaches directly to the platform. A high-spec Fiart 32 Seawalker chase tender is also available under separate negotiation.

Power comes from a pair of MTU diesel engines delivering a top speed of 25 knots and a cruising speed of 19 knots. The yacht for sale is fitted with zero-speed stabilisers for comfort at anchor.

Noroader is asking €10,750,000.
