A call to Fraser Yachts in Fort Lauderdale brings confirmation that, following a $2 million refit, Jose Arana Jr's central agency, the 44.96m motor yacht Aero Toy Store, has had a $400,000 price reduction.

Jon Bannenberg designed this magnificent superyacht, built by Japan’s Sterling yard in 1986 and refitted in 2006 and 2010, to have unparalleled views, a light, airy, spacious interior combined with a modern exterior.

From the helicopter pad, elevator to all four decks, to the atrium staircase and huge staterooms, this innovative superyacht has a great interior volume. She is designed to cross all oceans with ease, burning very little fuel.

The accommodations are luxurious and more than ample. There is a generous master stateroom including his/her baths with four well appointed guest staterooms also with en suite baths, The forward two staterooms have a removable wall to make a full width VIP Suite, complete with his/hers baths, the two aft guest suites each have a queen bed. The new asking price has been set at $15.5 million.
