Will Bishop at Yachting Partners International tells me that he closed today on the sale of his joint central listing, with Ann Avery at Northrop and Johnson, the 31.8m sailing yacht Kalikobass II, and Bernard Gallay at Bernard Gallay Yacht Brokerage introduced the buyer.

Bureau Veritas classed and MCA compliant, Kalikobass II was delivered by Tréhard in 1998 to a design by Jacques Fauroux and was last refurbished, by Tréhard, in 2008.  This superyacht can accommodate eight guests in one master and three double cabins, while a 290hp Cummins diesel engine offers a maximum speed of 11.5 knots, and a cruising speed of 10 knots. Kalikobass II was asking €3.75 million.
