A call to Elisabeth Niek at CSO Yachts confirms that Claude Niek's central listing, the sleek 39.6m motor yacht Lady Belmor, has had a price cut.

Lady Belmor was built by Italy's CRN yard in 2009 to a Giovanni Zuccon exterior and interior design. RINA classed, this superyacht sleeps up to 12 guests in a master, two double and two twin cabins along with two Pullman berths and has a cruising speed of 23 knots. Previously on the market at €14.4 million, Lady Belmor is now asking €13 million.
