A call to Will Bishop at Yachting Partners International brings confirmation that his joint central listing with Matt Albert, the 48.8m motor yacht Mary-Jean, has been sold, with Richard Orme at Large Yacht Solutions introducing the buyer.

Mary-Jean was built by Campanella in 1981 and has had a series of refits, the most recent costing over €6 million.

Lloyds classed and MCA compliant, her interior by H2 Yacht Design sleeps up to 16 guests in a master, VIP, two double and two twin cabins plus two Pullman berths. This superyacht has a range of 3,500 nautical miles at her cruising speed of 13 knots. Mary-Jean was asking $8.75 milllion and marks a significant milestone as the 50th superyacht to be sold so far in 2010.
