Hearing that something's in the air with the 35.37m motor yacht Mistral 55, several phone calls narrow down the field to Camper & Nicholsons who finally confirm that Jean-Marie Recamier in Antibes has now taken over the central listing for sale.
Built in 2005 by Pershing Yachts of Italy, and featuring exquisite interiors by Fulvio de Simoni, she sleeps up to eight guests in four luxury cabins and was refitted in 2011.
With twin 3700hp MTU engines and a Codag gas turbine, she can reach a maximum speed of 52 knots and a cruising speed of 47 knots giving superb performance to any destination. Her recent refit both brought her back to perfect functional condition and made many cosmetic improvements to her interior and exterior. Mistral 55 is asking €7.95 million.
