There's news of another price cut by Ardell as Jim Elliott in the Newport Beach office sends word of a $500,000 price reduction for Westport's 32.71m Mr Terrible, a co-central agency with Todd Rittenhouse in the same office.
Delivered in 1990, she had a major refit in 2003 including new paint, generators and electronics with rebuilt main engines and all mechanical systems refurbished. Accommodating six guests in a master and two doubles, her price has come down from $4.45 million to $3.95 million.
