A note arrives from Kevin Merrigan at Northrop and Johnson to say there's been a price cut to the 48.77m motor yacht Newvida, a joint central agency with Antoine Larricq at Fraser Yachts.

Built by Delta Marine in 2001 to ABS class, this superyacht had a thorough refit in 2007 including extensive upgrades to her communications and audio/visual equipment. The main saloon on the bridge deck now boasts a 61" flat screen television, plush cushioned window seating and a Gran Tour player piano. Accommodation is for 10 guests in a master, two double and two twin cabins and twin 1100hp Caterpillar engines give Newvida a range of 4,000 nautical miles at 12 knots. Previously on the market at $26.9 million, she's now asking $24.95 million.
