I've just received some impressive new photography from Burgess of their latest listing, the 57.2m motor yacht S Cape.

Built by Holland’s Cammenga yard in 1978, she was refitted in 2004 and 2009 and is Lloyds classed and MCA compliant. Offering generous accommodation for up to 16 guests in nine cabins and with an impressive cruising speed of 15 knots and a range of 6,000 nautical miles, she provides a contemporary, solid platform for private or charter cruising.

S Cape boasts extensive outdoor areas with an impressive sundeck complete with Jacuzzi, bar and ample sun-lounging areas while light-filled interiors provide a range of options for entertaining on a large scale or relaxing in more intimate gatherings.

The flexible accommodation layout provides for 14 guests and two staff in luxurious and well-appointed suites. The full-beam master suite comprises a private study with a separate deck entrance, spacious stateroom with large windows which fill the room with natural light, walk-in dressing area, and a marble bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and separate rain shower. A VIP stateroom with king-size bed, three queen staterooms and two twin cabins are all located on the lower deck. A further two single ‘secretary’ cabins, suitable for staff or children can also be found on the lower deck.

Lying in Athens, S Cape is asking €14.95 million.
