I call Giulio Riggio at Fraser Yachts in Palma for the reason behind the recent price cut in his listing, the 35.1m sailing yacht Sundara and he says the owner's keen to sell her during the Monaco Yacht Show, cutting the price by €100,000.

Sundara was built by Turkey's Karadeniz yard in 1994 and refitted in 2008. Accommodating up to 12 guests in five cabins, this superyacht cruises at nine knots and will be anchored off Monaco during next week's show at a new asking price of €2.35 million.
