More news in overnight from Kevin Merrigan, President of Northrop and Johnson in Fort Lauderdale, as his central listing, the 35.05m sailing yacht Titan XIV has a major price cut.

Delivered by Valdettaro in 1994 Titan XIV was designed and built to offer the ultimate sailing charter and this extraordinary vessel more than succeeds in every way. From the hot tub on her broad decks, to the very private guest quarters and fine European styling throughout, this superyacht has been lavished with opulent amenities. Lloyds classed and last refitted in 2004, Titan XIV offers accommodation for 10 guests in a master and four twin cabins. Her asking price is now reduced from $4.95 million to $4.5 million.
