A note arrives overnight from Ann Avery at Northrop and Johnson advising of a $1 million cut in the price of her central listing, the 45.72m motor yacht Vita.

Built by Trinity Yachts in 2003 to ABS class and MCA compliant, this superyacht's Elizabeth Dalton interior sleeps up to 12 guests in a master, two double and two single cabins plus two Pullman berths. Twin 2250hp Caterpillar engines give Vita a range of 3,000 nautical miles at 12 knots and her asking price is now down to $18.975 milli9on.
