Calls to Neil Cheston at Camper & Nicholsons and Debbie Beere at Dbeere Yachts bring the welcome news that the 60m motor yacht Xanadu is now sold, with Neil representing the seller and Debbie introducing the buyer.

Built by Benetti in 2008, Xanadu is in unlike any other yacht from this shipyard thanks to her original styling by Andrew Winch. But beauty is only skin deep: what really sets her apart is the detail. You won't find a more relaxing sundeck, a more original selection of water toys or a more entertaining entertainments system anywhere on the water. She is Lloyds classed and ABS compliant, accommodating 12 guests in a master suite, a VIP suite, two double suites and two twins. Xanadu appeared in the December 2008 edition of Boat International magazine, was a finalist at the World Superyacht Awards 2009, and is featured in the 2010 edition of The Superyachts book. Her price was recently reduced from €38.5 million to €37.5 million.
