The 36.5-metre motor yacht Eva, listed for sale with Alex Pizano of Smart Yachts, has received a €500,000 price reduction.
Eva was first delivered in 2009 by The Italian Sea Group brand, Tecnomar, as the second yacht from the yard's Velvet 36 (Tecnomar 120’) series, designed by Italian studio Luca Dini. In 2023, 14 years after her launch, Eva underwent a multi-million-euro refit in Athens, with works including new teak decks and outdoor furniture in addition to a full repaint.
The major works also continued inside. Her main saloon was updated with new flooring, a new custom bar and restyled with "high-end furnishings and improved natural lighting", according to her broker. The striking dark grey of her refreshed exterior is also found inside, with her contemporary interiors now decorated in a luxe monochrome colour palette.
Accommodation on board is for up to 12 guests in a five-cabin lower deck layout, comprising a master cabin, two doubles and two twin cabins (both with Pullman berths), all with en suite facilities. Guests are cared for by a permanent crew of seven and she is also commercially registered, making her well-suited for both private cruising and charter use.
Eva's revamped sundeck is a highlight of the exterior spaces on board, arranged as a "private retreat" with large sunbeds and sofas, while shade is offered from an optional awning. Her main deck aft is host to a large sunpad as well as an al fresco dining table, built-in barbecue, fridge, sink and ice maker – making her perfect for refreshing snacks between water enjoyment.
The motor yacht for sale is powered by twin MTU engines, cruising comfortably at 22 knots with a top speed of 35 knots. She is also under RINA classification, with her annual surveys completed.
Eva is now asking €6,500,000.
