Taiwanese yard Horizon Yachts has sold the third hull in its new FD102 series with the buyer introduced by Kurt Bosshardt at Denison Yachting.
Measuring 31.69 metres, the FD102 follows on from the Horizon FD85 series, which was introduced early in 2016 and has already spawned three hulls.
Designed in collaboration with Dutch studio Cor D Rover, the FD102 is currently in the final design and engineering stages, set for delivery to an America client in October 2020.
Key features include a spacious sundeck with fold-out superyacht balconies on either side and a main deck owner’s suite stretching across the entire beam. Four more guest cabins can be found below decks, arranged as two doubles and two twins, bringing the total guest complement to 10 people. An additional lounging area sits on the foredeck and is equipped with a U-shaped settee, sun pads and Jacuzzi spa tub.
As with the Horizon FD85, the FD102 will also feature a bright main deck saloon with large windows and a formal dining area. Horizon Yachts adds that this area will feature many options for customisation. Her top speed will be 21.4 knots and her power comes from two 1,600hp Caterpillar C-32-ACERT diesel engines.
The asking price of the Horizon FD 102 has been withheld.
