The 40-metre new build motor yacht Project Hiu has been listed for sale with Deniz Kaymaz of Northrop & Johnson. The complete custom "explorer-style" yacht is scheduled to begin construction by Turkish shipyard Tufan and Brothers Co. in 2025.
According to her brokers, Project Hiu is the response to the growing demand for yachts that prioritise both "long-range capabilities and a high-end onboard lifestyle." The project – which was designed in collaboration with Turkish design studio Red Yacht Design – will be constructed in steel and aluminium.
Accommodation on board is for 10 guests across five cabins, including an owner’s suite on the main deck with "panoramic views, bespoke details and total privacy". Meanwhile, on the lower deck, there are four guest cabins, designed for "absolute comfort and calm".
Project Hiu's interior is said to be designed around outdoor living and decorated in a "soft luxury". A highlight on board is the beach club, complete with a "wellness and relaxation zone" for enjoyment from sunrise to sunset. The expansive sundeck is also notable – stamped as a "game changer" – home to a large pool, sun loungers, dining space, full-service bar, and several lounge areas.
The yacht for sale is expected to cruise at a comfortable 12 knots. The broker noted that the build plan includes efficient onboard systems and flexible layout options, offering owners high levels of customisation without compromising the yacht’s core design integrity.
Project Hiu is asking €17,950,000.
