Marco Vandoni at Ocean Independence confirms that he and his colleague Marc Haendle have signed a pair of identical 43.5m explorer motor yachts for sale.
Project number 507, called Explorer 44 is currently in build at Italy's Eurocraft yard with delivery due in June 2011, while Project 607 can be delivered 20 months from signature of contract.
Both superyachts are built in steel and aluminium and will accommodate 10 guests in a master suite on the main deck, plus two double and two twin staterooms on the lower deck. Twin MTU 12V 2000 M6 engines will deliver a cruising speed of 12 knots and the asking price is €16.3 million.
