The 24 metre sailing yacht Lyra, listed for sale by Jukka Kaukonen at KK Superyachts, has been sold in an in-house deal.

Built entirely in carbon fibre and Nomex, Lyra is a sloop built by Wally and launched in 2000 with several refits since. Her sophisticated exterior design and engineering are the work of Wally, with naval architecture by German Frers. Her interior has been designed by Wally and offers accommodation for up to six guests in three suites comprising an owner's cabin, double and a twin, all with en-suite facilities. In addition there are quarters for two crewmembers.

Lyra was asking €1,950,000

Her refits include a 2015 replacement of the former lifting keel with a completely new hull central structure in carbon, an IRC optimised racing keel, racing rudder, and new interiors. An ideal dayboat, her saloon has a dining table with seating for up to ten guests and she has ample deck spaces for outdoor entertaining. Most recently, she proved her racing credentials as winner of the Wally Class overall and the W80 Class at Les Voiles de St Tropez 2017

Under power, a single 180hp Yanmar diesel engine gives her a cruising speed of 10.5 knots.

Lyra was asking €1,950,000.
