SALES
The past week has seen six yacht sales announced, including a 33 metre new-build project from the Ferretti Custom Line range. The total asking price was in excess of £31million ($41 million) and no broker was involved in multiple deals.

PRICE REDUCTIONS
Nine price drops were announced on yachts for sale this week, for a total reduction of £4.9million ($6.6 million). Only two of these reductions were higher than £500,000 ($673,000).

NEW LISTINGS
Six new yachts were listed for sale this week with a combined asking price in excess of £38 million ($51 million). The largest new listing was the 40.16 metre Princess motor yacht Mirage IV, which is offered for sale through Cecil Wright & Partners.
