12 yacht sales were announced during a stellar week for the brokerage market. The total asking price was in excess of £197 million ($263 million). The most expensive yacht sold was the 85 metre Lürssen superyacht Areti which was sold by Burgess and Fraser with an asking price of €175,000,000.

PRICE REDUCTIONS
Three price drops were announced on yachts for sale this week for a total reduction in excess of £3.3 million ($4.4 million).

NEW LISTINGS
Five new yachts were listed for sale this week with a combined asking price in excess of £83.5 million ($111 million). The most expensive new listing was the 72 metre Tankoa Solo, which was listed for sale with IYC and Northrop & Johnson for €71.5 million.
