Video:– Fast sailing superyacht Comanche shows off her performance

Superyacht Comanche _is finally underway, and she shows off her performance chops in this new video above, shot by Onne van der Wal. Jim Clark'’s 30-metre racing machine, built by Hodgdon Yachts in Maine, has taken off for Charleston, South Carolina, where she will meet with the transport ship that will take her all the way to Sydney, Australia, where _Comanche will compete in the Sydney to Hobart Race this December. This will be the first race that will put Comanche‘'s racing mettle to the test. So far, she is a fast-flyer – she was clocked doing 30 knots during this shakedown sail under the guidance of her skipper, iconic sailor Ken Read.
