The 31 metre Vitters motor yacht Mia Zoi has joined the market with Yachtzoo.
Built in aluminium in 1995, Mia Zoi is a fine example of Dutch craftsmanship with exterior design by Willem de Vries Lentsch. She has been continually maintained throughout her life and was most recently refitted in 2017 in Athens. Work included a full re-paint in Matterhorn white and Flag blue, all-new Burmese teak, and the addition of a navigation arch and hardtop.
Her interior layout was also subject to a number of refinements, most notably in the master suite which was fully rebuilt to improve the layout with the addition of two portholes. The remaining accommodation is comprised of a VIP suite, refurbished in 2017, and two twin cabins with a single berth and Pullman berth.
Neutral fabrics in cream, grey and taupe, offset by glossy Mahogany wood panelling feature throughout the vessel.
The main deck aft is described by the broker as the "heart of this yacht" and was extended in 1999 to create a large lounging and dining area. A custom-built awning extends from the combing of the upper deck, offering welcome shade, while up to 12 guests dine at the teak table beneath.
Up above, the sun deck offers a more informal sun lounging space with built-in seating and sun pads with a folding table where light lunches can be enjoyed. As the sun sets, a 65-inch television screen folds down from the hardtop and transforms the deck into a cinema.
The galley was also a key area of focus during her refit, as was the crew mess opposite. Crew quarters sleep a staff of six in three bunk cabins.
Mia Zoi is powered by a pair of 2,800hp 16v MTU diesel engines delivering a maximum speed of 27 knots. She is also fitted with Naid stabilisers.
Lying in Greece, Mia Zoi is asking €3,400,000 with VAT paid.
