A new 32.5-metre full custom new build is currently under construction at Lynx Yachts. The yacht was sold by Felix Sowerbutts of brokerage firm Christie Yachts.
Details of the steel and aluminium yacht are mostly under wraps, although the brokerage firm responsible for the transaction noted the project's design started on one of the yard's semi-custom models before developing into a full custom yacht. Naval architecture comes from the boards of Diana Yacht Design, while exteriors are the work of Bernd Weel Design and interiors are Julian Moore Design.
Power derives from a pair of Caterpillar C18 Marine Propulsion Engines, giving a top speed of 15.5 knots with a range of 1,200 nautical miles and a cruising speed of 14 knots.
BOAT will update the story as the yacht's construction progresses.
